I was walking down to the station, saw a bumblebee
Flying right at me, a little bumblebee
Came right up to my face and whispered to me
A little bumblebee, came and whispered to me

He said 'Don't go in there, you'll never be free'
I said 'What do you mean? What do you know, you're just a bee'
He said 'Hey listen, I've seen other people not listening to me,
Their stuck inside that tree. That big oak tree.'

I said 'Well listen, I've got nothing to do. I might as well
Sit and talk to you.'
He said 'You know what? That sounds like a real good idea.'
I said 'Yeah. It seems like we get along. Seems like we could be friends.'

Sometimes its better not to have all the complications of all the people and all the problems and all the things I don't give a care for and
Sometimes its better just to have a simple conversation with a bee who keeps good company in times like these.

Hours later he finished talking to me.
He said 'I have to sting your knee, it's company policy.'

Off flew the bee after stinging my knee away from me he joined another three he flew away from me, he flew away from me.
